COLLEGE
Athletes
Beast Speed (BS) program is for youth, teen, collegiate, and pro athletes who are wanting to perform at the max. We use small groups to develop speed, power, agility, stamina and lower body strength to their maximum possible level. All athletes are tested at the beginning of a training program to assess symmetry and areas for improvement, and at the end to measure results. Scientific research and development has proven that our programs are significantly affective in each performance area.

Our youth program focuses on the fundamentals of linear, lateral and vertical movement patterns. Every session is concluded with a fun game to simulate real life competition. We incorporate physical activity with emotional, social, and mental growth in order to enhance every athlete’s skill set. We build young athletes for success through performance training.

TEAM
Athletes
We welcome teams and clubs to come in together and prepare for the upcoming season. There are many advantages to teammates training together, including: success derived from having a greater number of athletes on the team in peak condition. Our ability to more efficiently deliver sport-specific protocols, at an attractive group discount and working out together as a team. We work with coaches to develop a program that addresses each athlete's specific needs and complements the requirements of athletes' pre-season, in-season, and/or off-season training.

Form Athletes (FA) performance training program is designed to motivate FA to set and reach their goals. Each FA will receive a data assessment for an accurate evaluation of current levels of fitness to provide a safe and effective exercise/recovery program. All workouts are individualized, fun and challenging, leaving you feeling accomplished after every class.

FIRST RESPONDERS
Athletes
We offer service-oriented high-performance training focused on empowering Military, EMS, Fire Services and Law Enforcement. This is achieved through human performance training in the areas of speed, strength, power, endurance and nutrition. Our program is to improve performance with a minimum effective volume of training, with time for recovery. The goal is to reduce the potential for injuries and increase longevity.
